This privacy policy describes how the mobile application Melodiko - Melodica & Piano (“the App”) handles information. We are committed to protecting users, including children and families.
The App does not collect personal data. There is no login or user account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other identifiable information to use the App.
The App stores only local preferences on your device using SharedPreferences (or equivalent platform storage), such as language, instrument choice, layout options, and similar settings. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Core features of the App (playing notes, browsing songs, learning modes) are designed to work offline once content is installed. Network access may be used when you choose features that require connectivity (for example, ads or store purchases).
The free version of the App may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use device identifiers and related technical data to show and measure ads, in line with Google’s policies. Premium users who unlock the one-time purchase should not see these ads in the App as described in the store listing.

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) to unlock additional content and remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details.
The App does not include third-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs from us. We do not build profiles of users across apps or websites for our own purposes.
The App is directed at children and families and is designed with COPPA-aligned practices in mind: we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, we do not require accounts, and we limit data collection to what is needed for ads (via AdMob on the free tier) and platform billing, as described above.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Uygulama kişisel veri toplamaz. Giriş veya kullanıcı hesabı yoktur. Uygulamayı kullanmak için ad, e-posta, telefon veya benzeri tanımlayıcı bilgi istenmez.

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemede üstteki yürürlük tarihi değişir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
